Biography：
Xiaodong Mu, born in 1968, graduated from CKGSB (Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business) with an EMBA degree. Chairman Mu received honors for “Excellent Worker in Philanthropy”, “National Outstanding Welfare Entrepreneur”, “Zhejiang Business Social Responsibility Award”, “Wenzhou Scientific and Technological Innovation Leader”, “Outstanding Socialist Cause Advocate of Wenzhou City”, “’May 1st Model Worker of Wenzhou City”, “High-level Talent of Wenzhou City”, “Outstanding Individual for the Construction of New-era Two Health Pilot Zones in Wenzhou City”, “Key Influential Entrepreneur in the 40 Years of Reform in Yueqing City”, “Meritorious Entrepreneur”, and “Outstanding Entrepreneur”.

Starting from employing only seven to eight courageous staff to owning a team of over 3000 employees, Wecome has gone through a period of hardships and enduring entrepreneurial difficulties. By continually improving the management process, the company has not only grown in size and economic development but also established its own unique values and company culture.
